What I can humbly say are my strengths:

— Naturally evaluate an environment or situation and understand the core concerns to then ask questions that can get to deeper issues and create solutions 

— Diplomatic and respectful in problem solving, knowing that not everyone has a design approach 

— Build bridges to connect marketing/brand design, business-oriented approaches and CEO mindsets so that we all understand strategic and profitable ways forward

— Inclined to lead by example and great at teaching all levels / different professions so everyone feels heard and appropriately involved 

— True empathy for user needs but clearly understanding business goals for a company’s enduring lifespan

Most of my work in the last year has mainly been with Interhome. Interhome is a holiday home rental company that has existed for nearly 70 years. They have both B2C and B2B Products.
